Your allergies stay on your phone
Even with an account, they only go online if you turn on backup, share a profile or notify a restaurant. They never appear in our statistics or in our emails.
The risk without an account
The profile exists only on this phone: it disappears if the phone is lost, replaced or reset. On iPhone, Safari deletes a site’s data after 7 days without a visit if the app isn’t on the home screen.

Do I need an account to use askadèle?
No. Scanning, the verdict, the allergy card, suitable dishes at restaurants and Kids mode are free and can be used without an account, without limits.
Does the account cost anything?
No, the account is free for families, with no subscription and no ads.
Are my allergies sent online if I create an account?
No, not automatically: they stay on your phone unless you turn on online backup. They only leave your phone with your consent (backup, shared profile, “Let them know before you come”).
What happens if I change phone without an account?
Without an account, your profile exists only on this phone: it disappears if the phone is lost, replaced or reset. On iPhone, Safari may also delete a site’s data after 7 days without a visit if the app hasn’t been added to the home screen.
