Your allergy card, translated into more than 20 languages
At the restaurant, in France or abroad, show a clear card that says exactly what you can’t eat, in the waiter’s language. It’s created in two minutes from your profile, for free.
Free, no ads, no sign-up.

What the card looks like
Example for a severe peanut allergy and a milk allergy. Severe allergies are shown first, followed by the precautions to take in the kitchen.
⚠️ Food allergy card
I have food allergies that are severe (risk of anaphylactic shock). I must NOT eat any of the following, even in tiny amounts:
- 🥜 Peanuts SEVERE
- 🥛 Milk
- Please check ALL ingredients, including sauces, stocks, frying oil and seasonings.
- Please avoid cross-contamination: clean utensils, boards, fryer and work surfaces.
- If you are not sure, please tell me — I would rather choose another dish.
💉 I carry an adrenaline auto-injector.
The same card exists in each of the 21 languages. Allergies you add yourself (a particular fruit, for example) stay in French, marked “(French)”.
21 languages
French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Turkish, Greek, Polish, Croatian, Russian, Hindi, Indonesian and Romanian. Arabic is displayed right to left.
The waiter reads it in their language, with the QR code
Below the card is a QR code: the waiter scans it with their own phone and the card opens in their phone’s language, with the option to hear it read aloud. Nothing is stored on our servers: all the content is in the link, and the waiter needs neither the app nor an account.
Travelling
- Useful phrases translated and read aloud: “Does this dish contain any of the foods on my card?”, “Could you ask the chef?”, “Call an ambulance!”.
- Emergency number for the chosen country, tap to call.
- The card works offline once opened in the app, and can be shared as an image or printed.

Our tips
- Show the card before ordering, and ask for it to be passed on to the kitchen.
- Abroad, keep two adrenaline auto-injectors in your hand luggage, with the prescription and, if possible, a medical certificate in English.
- The card doesn’t replace a conversation: if in doubt, choose another dish.
