A day at Chez Adèle, on the Premium plan
Products change, recipes evolve: Premium keeps your allergen menu accurate, day after day, and keeps a record of it.
Adèle runs “Chez Adèle”, a 40-cover bistro. Home cooking, a seasonal menu and a team of four. (Fictional restaurant, for illustration.)
Her day with Premium
Premium includes everything in Pro. Here’s what it adds day to day.
The baker’s delivery
The baker has changed the recipe for his burger buns: they now contain milk. Adèle takes a photo of the label; askadèle reads the ingredients and allergens, she checks them and saves.
The product sheet is up to date with one photoaskadèle flags it: 3 dishes to recheck
The bun is used in three dishes. They are instantly flagged “to recheck” at the top of her menu. Nothing slips through.
No dish forgotten when a product changesFix it in one tap
Each dish has a button that pulls in the allergens of its products: milk is added. Adèle checks and saves. Three minutes, and the menu families see is right.
The menu stays accurate, without re-entering everythingA new dish, its allergens calculated
New on the menu: a croque-monsieur. Adèle ticks the sandwich bread, ham and Emmental: the allergens fill themselves in. She adds the homemade béchamel and confirms.
Less typing, less forgettingA question about a past service
“On the evening of 12 March, did your menu show sesame in the burger?” Adèle opens the history, picks 12 March at 7.30pm and exports that day’s menu as a PDF.
A clear, dated answer, in case of an inspection or complaintEverything is organised, dated and versioned
Her products and suppliers are organised, each sheet keeps its versions, and every change to the menu is dated. If a cook leaves tomorrow, nothing is lost.

- Your suppliers or recipes change often
- Several people enter or edit the menu

Ready to make your menu more reliable?
Start with the products you use most: bread, sauces, cheeses, bought-in desserts. Within a week, your whole menu is linked.
Allergens read from a label or calculated from products are suggestions: you check them and remain responsible for the information you publish. The history does not replace your product spec sheets, which you must keep.
